Take 5 Book

This pocket sized personal planning tool developed to help eliminate accidents from the workplace.

The easy to use book is designed to be completed by all workers before commencing a potentially hazardous task. The Take 5 book guides the worker through five clearly defined steps to help identify, then control any potential hazards. If a hazard is identified and cannot be controlled during this process then a Hazard Report (on the reverse page of the Take 5) can be used to record and present the findings to management for their action.
